Advantages of tenant screening
Most of the headaches experienced by landlords stem from incomplete screening of the tenants.
Regent has a very thorough screening and interview process and this increases the likelihood of a satisfying landlord experience.
We were amazed by how quickly Regent replaced a tenant that moved out early. They not only saved the previous tenant from paying on the remainder of their lease but also got us a new tenant paying higher rent. Way to go REGENT!
Its good to know that Regent will place good upstanding people in my rental home. One of my concerns about renting my home is the wear and tear inflicted by tenants who dont care. And I dont have the time or sources to pre-screen them myself. I will be contacting you in the near future to discuss listing my house for rent with Regent.
Before selling our last home we used Regent Property Management for my home and they were wonderful!! Would recommend to anyone.
